Your tasks

Ensure regulatory compliance of the global delfort product portfolio.
Monitor and assess regulatory developments (e.g. PPWR, REACH, CLP, food contact materials, sustainability regulations) and translate them into business actions.
Develop and maintain group-wide regulatory policies, processes, and standards.
Lead and coordinate the international network of Regulatory Affairs experts across business units and locations.
Act as contact for authorities, certification bodies, customers, and industry associations.
Support product development, portfolio management, and market access from a regulatory perspective.
Drive compliance initiatives across the supply chain.
Advise management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.

Your skills

University degree in a scientific, technical, or regulatory-related field.
Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or a related function.
Strong knowledge of relevant EU and international regulations.
Experience working in an international industrial environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
Fluent in English and German
